1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using LifeKey Global, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services.

LifeKey Global is the original creation of Mr. Nelson Amos, President of Altitude Holdings. All intellectual property rights are exclusively owned by Mr. Nelson Amos.

2. Service Description

LifeKey Global is a human memory and legacy preservation system designed to:

  • Preserve faces, voices, stories, and family relationships across time and generations
  • Maintain continuity across at least twenty generations
  • Operate independently of governments
  • Provide self-sovereign identity through LifeKey ID (LK-ID)

3. Core Principles and Restrictions

3.1 What LifeKey IS:

  • A memory vault for families
  • A legacy and generational continuity platform
  • A self-sovereign identity system
  • Multi-language and global-ready

3.2 What LifeKey IS NOT:

  • A population register
  • A surveillance system
  • A government ID system
  • A commercial data-mining platform

Prohibited Uses: You may NOT use LifeKey Global for:

  • Population surveillance or tracking
  • Political profiling or targeting
  • Government population control
  • Commercial exploitation of user data
  • Any purpose that violates human rights or dignity

4. User Accounts and LifeKey ID

4.1 Account Creation

  • You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • You must be at least 13 years old to create an account (or have parental consent)

4.2 LifeKey ID (LK-ID)

  • Upon registration, you will receive a cryptographically generated LifeKey ID
  • Your LK-ID is independent of any government-issued identification
  • Your LK-ID anchors your Memory Capsules and family connections
  • LK-IDs are permanent and cannot be transferred

5. Memory Capsules

5.1 Content Ownership

  • You retain full ownership of all content you upload to Memory Capsules
  • You grant LifeKey Global a license to store, encrypt, and preserve your content
  • You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to all uploaded content

5.2 Content Restrictions

You may NOT upload content that:

  • Violates any laws or regulations
  • Infringes on intellectual property rights
  • Contains malware, viruses, or harmful code
  • Promotes violence, hatred, or discrimination
  • Exploits or harms minors

5.3 Encryption and Security

  • All Memory Capsules are encrypted using industry-standard encryption
  • LifeKey Global uses zero-knowledge encryption where possible
  • You are responsible for managing access permissions to your capsules

6. Legacy Mode

6.1 Legacy Guardian

  • You must designate one Legacy Guardian who can register your death
  • The Legacy Guardian has NO access to your Memory Capsules or account content
  • The Legacy Guardian can ONLY register your date of death
  • You may change your Legacy Guardian at any time before entering Legacy Mode

6.2 Death Registration

  • Upon death registration, your account automatically enters Legacy Mode
  • All Memory Capsules become permanently locked and read-only
  • The Legacy Guardian's access is immediately revoked after death registration
  • No further modifications can be made to your account

6.3 Legacy Access

  • Access to legacy content is granted to verified lineage members based on your settings
  • Legacy content is preserved for at least twenty generations
  • Lineage verification is based on family tree connections established during your lifetime

7. Family Tree and Relationships

  • You may connect with other LifeKey users to build your family tree
  • Family connections require mutual consent or verification
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of family relationship claims
  • False or fraudulent relationship claims may result in account termination

8. Privacy and Data Protection

  • LifeKey Global is strictly non-surveillance
  • We do NOT sell, rent, or share your data with third parties
  • We do NOT create centralized population databases
  • We use federated regional nodes to prevent data centralization

9. Ethical Governance and Shutdown Clause

Critical Protection Mechanism:

If LifeKey Global is ever misused for:

  • Population surveillance or control
  • Political exploitation
  • Human rights violations
  • Any purpose contrary to our core principles

An automatic ethical shutdown mechanism will be triggered to protect user data and prevent further misuse. This is a non-negotiable commitment enforced at the architectural level.

10. Service Availability

  • We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
  • We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice
  • We are not liable for service interruptions beyond our control

11. Fees and Payment

  • Basic LifeKey services may be offered free or at minimal cost
  • Premium features may require payment
  • All fees will be clearly disclosed before purchase
  • Refund policies will be provided at point of sale

12. Termination

12.1 By You

  • You may delete your account at any time before entering Legacy Mode
  • Deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed
  • All Memory Capsules will be permanently deleted

12.2 By LifeKey Global

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

  • Violate these Terms & Conditions
  • Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
  • Abuse the platform or other users
  • Attempt to use the platform for prohibited purposes

13. Intellectual Property

LifeKey Global is the exclusive intellectual property of Mr. Nelson Amos.

  • All concepts, philosophy, terminology, and architecture are owned by Mr. Nelson Amos
  • Administered under Altitude Holdings
  • No partnership, operational role, or stewardship constitutes transfer of ownership
  • Unauthorized reproduction or use of LifeKey concepts is prohibited

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • LifeKey Global is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for services in the past 12 months
  • We are not responsible for user-generated content or family relationship disputes

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LifeKey Global, Altitude Holdings, and Mr. Nelson Amos from any claims arising from:

  • Your use of the platform
  • Your violation of these terms
  • Your violation of any rights of another party
  • Content you upload or share

16. Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first
  • If negotiation fails, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration
  • Arbitration will be conducted in accordance with international arbitration rules
  • You waive the right to participate in class-action lawsuits

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by international law and the laws of the jurisdiction where Altitude Holdings is registered. LifeKey operates independently of any single government.

18. Changes to Terms

  • We may update these Terms from time to time
  • Significant changes will be communicated via email or platform notice
  • Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance
  • If you disagree with changes, you must stop using the service

19. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
